What is Narrated Guide?

Narrated Guide is an on-demand travel guide that provides information about each significant place or item of interest at a particular destination.

Each guide is customised to a traveller's preferred travel style. For example, for Seville, a traveller can choose between the styles of "The Cultured One", "The Adventurer" and "The Leisurely Wanderer".

Each customised guide also comes with: (i) common travel phrases, (ii) a list of recommended museums, and (iii) a suggested itinerary.

What information do we collect?

Some information are automatically collected from the third-party payment processing platform that we use (Stripe) and our analytics tools that helps us to better understand how you are interacting with our website. We use the insights provided to us to continuously improve our services, in particular, your experiences when using our website.

Other data are only collected if you voluntarily submit it. Your consent to us using such data is deemed to have been given upon submission.

Depending on how you use our website, the information we collect includes but are not limited to:

Your bank account details, such as card number, expiry date, CVC, country and postcode are accessed and handled by the third-party payment processing platform (Stripe) only. We do not keep a record of your card details.

From the payment process, we only keep a record of your name and email address so that you can log in and access the guides you have purchased.

How do we use the information?

We use your data to provide you with the best possible services and user experience. This includes:

    2. To pay the fees for the Service, you will be directed to a third-party payment processing platform (Stripe) where you will be asked to enter relevant bank account details. We do not have access to your card details. This is wholly accessed by and handled by Stripe.
    3. So that you can log in and access the guides you have purchased, we will keep a record of your name and email address and use these as your log in credentials.
    4. By making a purchase, you (i) represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate; and (ii) authorise us to charge you for the selected Service using your payment method.
  5. Service availability
    1. The Service may be unavailable from time to time, may be offered for a limited time, or may vary depending on your region or device. In certain circumstances, you may need to re-acquire the material or applications that were available to you and paid for in your previous region.
    2. We strive to keep the Service up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages. We are not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may incur some information loss. In general, we recommend that you regularly backup your content and information.
